Edward Wolyniec

Ed Wolyniec is an experienced senior leader with an extensive background in Benefits Administration and technology-enabled business services.

Most recently at Xerox, Ed had several roles including leading the HR Services outsourcing business and as General Manager for the East Region with responsibility for HR outsourcing and HR Consulting businesses. Arriving at Xerox, because of their acquisition of EHRO, an HP Company, Ed focused on improving client satisfaction through process improvement, merging two businesses together and acquiring new clients. His portfolio of over 250 clients included large manufacturers and aerospace firms with sizable bargained populations. Services included Health & Welfare, Pension and 401k administration.

Prior to Xerox, Ed was the leader of Mercers’ Americas Benefits Administration business. This included managing Health & Welfare, Pension, and other HR outsourced functions for clients in the US, Canada and Brazil. During his time at Mercer, Ed oversaw an increase in value delivery to customers through organic growth and acquisition while working closely with Mercers Consulting arm to satisfy clients’ needs.

Before entering the Benefits Administration business, Ed was the CEO of MyWay/Zip2, an internet company providing internet capabilities to media companies including The New York Times and Hearst Publications. He moved into this role at this Compaq Computer subsidiary after serving as the VP, Consulting services at Compaq Computer Corporation.

He started his career as a Systems Analyst at Harris Corporation.

Ed received a BSEE from Lawrence Technological University. He resides in the Detroit area where he was born and raised after corporate moves to Houston, San Francisco, Washington DC and Boston.
