Taft-Hartley Administration

BeneSys has been administering Taft-Hartley groups since 1987. BeneSys believes communication is vital to successful plan administration.

Through our programs, participants are provided with a monthly status of benefits that details health care eligibility and pension status.

Trustees and participants can rely on BeneSys to track and report employer contributions to respective plans, such as pension, healthcare, vacation, dues, etc., and clearly communicate benefit status and value.

And if there ever is a question on a communication we generated, our service team is available to provide explanation, understanding and assurance. We give our clients close, personal service and easy access to the team members servicing their plan. Our service teams are trained on the specifics of each of the plans that they are assigned to work with and we pay close attention to the details. In our environment, the leadership team is highly involved in many of the day-to-day operations and serve as a resource to both the client and the Plan Professionals.

Each of our clients is also assigned a Plan Manager that works closely with the Trustees and plan professionals to ensure coordination of efforts and overall success of the Trust. The Plan Manager also works very closely with the entire BeneSys service team to ensure services are delivered timely, accurately, and in accordance with the service agreement.
